How We Work
Before we touch code, we sort what stays and what goes: business logic that earns its keep gets ported carefully, dead features and duct-taped integrations get cut, and you get a written plan naming every piece — keep, rewrite, or kill — before we start. For cloud migration specifically, we map dependencies, test rollback paths, and rehearse the cutover in staging first, and we're upfront when a workload should stay right where it is instead of moving to the cloud. Every plan includes a monthly run-rate estimate so you know the cost before you sign anything. Once the new stack is live, managed IT is how we keep running it, if you want that owned rather than handed back.
