The Challenge
Newsletter Club had grown to hundreds of subscribers over the course of 12 months, evolving into a thriving community built around education, shared playbooks, and a supportive cohort of local media operators. However, the website's front page had simply outgrown the temporary landing page it launched with. It failed to properly hierarchy information, offer clear calls to action, or display the full range of benefits available to members. Most critically, the page lacked the social proof and clarity needed to engage top-of-funnel visitors. Those who were just discovering the community and needed to quickly understand how they could get involved and what value they would receive.

Approach
We worked closely with the Newsletter Club operator to craft a brand new, modern UX design overhaul from the ground up. The redesign prioritized the user journey from top to bottom, ensuring that information was structured with clear hierarchy, compelling social proof, and well-placed calls to action. Recognizing that not every visitor would be ready to join the community immediately, we also developed secondary calls to action and alternative entry points that would still deliver genuine value to users earlier in their decision-making process.
Solution
The result was a stunning, conversion-focused landing page that clearly communicated the full scope of what Newsletter Club offers. The redesigned page presented membership benefits in a digestible and visually engaging way, supported by social validation to build trust with new visitors. Both primary and secondary conversion paths were thoughtfully integrated into the user flow, giving every visitor regardless of where they were in the funnel a relevant and meaningful next step to take.

Key Takeaway
The impact was immediate. Within days of launch, the secondary calls to action were already generating conversions, and primary conversion rates began to climb. This case study highlights how even a thriving community can be held back by an underperforming web presence, and how a user-first redesign one that meets visitors where they are and guides them naturally toward action can unlock meaningful growth quickly.
